Where are you based and do you travel?
Our commercial kitchens are based in Footscray + Sunbury, VIC and happily travel across Melbourne and surrounds. A small travel fee may apply for locations over 30km from our HQ. Don’t let our location put you off from ordering from us!
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Absolutely — we’ll do our best to accommodate all reasonable dietary needs. Just let us know in writing at least 7 days before your event. Please note, we are not a certified nut-free, gluten-free or vegan kitchen, so trace elements may still be present.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier, the better! We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. Corporate orders or drop off catering only require 7 days notice. Your booking is only confirmed once the 50% deposit is received.
I’m not sure how much food I need! Help!
We’re experts in figuring out how to feed your people the perfect amount! Just let us know how many in attendance and we’ll suggest the perfect amount of food to satisfy everyone.
Do you offer drop-off catering?
Yes we do. Our drop-off catering is perfect for office lunches, casual get-togethers, or when you want beautiful food without the full setup. Everything comes packed and ready to go in recyclable disposable boxes with stylish menu cards confirming what items are in your order!
What happens to leftovers?
If there are any leftovers, they’re all yours to keep! Just remember, food should be stored and consumed within 3 hours of setup to ensure it stays safe and fresh.
Can I book you for a wedding or large event?

Do you photograph events?
We may snap a few photos of our setups to share on socials (because they’re too good not to!), but we won’t post any guest photos without your permission. Let us know if you’d prefer we didn’t take any at all, we totally respect that.
