Booking & Payment Terms

All pricing listed in this document is inclusive of GST.

To secure your booking, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to your event date.

Payment must be received within 72 hours of invoice issuance; otherwise, we cannot guarantee your booking date.

Quotes and initial invoices are valid for 30 days and will not be subject to discretionary price changes within that period.

We accept payment via bank transfer or credit/debit card.

A travel fee of $0.80 per km may apply for events located more than 30 km from our base in Sunbury. If applicable, this fee will be included in your invoice.

By making payment to Studio Graze, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions in full.


Dietary Requirements

We are happy to accommodate reasonable dietary requirements. However, please note that our kitchen is not certified as nut-free, gluten-free, or vegan. While we take every precaution to prevent cross-contamination, trace elements may still be present.

Customers with specific dietary needs should carefully consider this information and make an informed decision about consumption. Studio Graze accepts no liability for any allergic reactions or health issues arising from trace allergens.

All dietary requirements must be provided in writing at least 7 days prior to your event. Requests received after this time will be accommodated where possible, and any limitations will be communicated in writing.

Studio Graze is not responsible for any dietary requests communicated on the day of or during the event.

All food must be refrigerated if not consumed immediately and reheated at the customer's discretion. We recommend all food be consumed within 3 hours of delivery or setup.

Studio Graze is not liable for any damage, illness, or injury resulting from food not consumed within the recommended timeframe or from improper handling, storage, or reheating by the customer.

Cancellations & Refunds

Change-of-mind cancellations are not eligible for a refund after services have been rendered.

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date will receive a full refund or credit for use within 6–12 months.

  • Cancellations between 30 and 14 days prior will be eligible for either a full refund, less a

    25% administration fee or a credit for future use.

  • Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior will forfeit the 50% deposit. A credit

    may be issued if the event is rescheduled.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund due to

  • costs already incurred for goods, labour, and loss of business.

All credits must be used within 12 months of the original event date. After this period, any unused credit will be forfeited.

Refund requests outside the above terms will be considered at the sole discretion of Studio Graze.
